Start with 30 days. No long-term commitment required. Try a full month of service and continue only if it's right for you. After month one, retainers continue month-to-month with a 3-month option available at a 5% discount for clients ready to commit.
All retainers include priority turnaround and a monthly check-in call. Deliverables can be swapped for items of equal value with prior agreement.

Deposit Policy
All project-based work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the build begins. This covers project initiation and any required software procurement. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. Retainer clients who add a training project are invoiced separately under the same deposit structure.
Already a Retainer Client?
If you're on a Virtual Assistant retainer and need a training build, playbook, or animated video, you don't need a separate engagement. We scope it as a project add-on, billed separately from your monthly retainer.
How it works
Reach out with what you need and I'll send a scoped proposal with a flat-fee price. Your retainer deliverables continue as normal. The project runs alongside on its own timeline and invoice.
